It don’t feel right when my arms are bare of you,
A young girl’s dream of being swept away
Of stolen kisses in the candlelight
Of a red hot romance and other delights,
Of red roses on her pillow each morn
On an island paradise,
And a soft breeze billowing in and out.
Each night comes
Your arms enfold me so,
Your smile so heavenly,
Never to mar my soul.
My certainty grows with each passing moment,
In your eyes I glimpsed a strength shine though.
Around me your arms so strong and sure,
Gives proof of a love, forevermore.
And this night like many before
I know no dreams can compare,
As to how good it feels right here…with you.
